Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

This introductory course provides you with the fundamentals of secular mindfulness and meditation which are taught in MBSR. Through experiential practices, you will learn how to increase self-awareness, attune to your body, use your breath to self-soothe, and notice habitual patterns of the mind which may not be serving you well. Mindfulness in daily living will also be emphasized to help you increase presence across the board with all you do.
