In this time-proven course, you will learn secular mindfulness practices that can help you live more fully in the present moment and cope more effectively with the stressors in your life. The experiential practices taught in each session will also emphasize compassionate ways of caring for yourself so that you can learn to live with greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.
